The 2009 NW Natural Street of Dreams in Portland's Pearl District is in its final two weeks.

We, at the the headquarters building, 937 Condominiums at 937 NW Glisan are pleased to see all of the fine people from across the country who are enjoying our beautiful building and are saying so many complimentary remarks to 937 Bedford & 937 Maison.

Our two penthouses on the 16th floor are being recognized as outstanding homes and we again thank our design teams from Bedford Brown and Maison, Inc.

If you haven't already toured 937, please visit us in the next couple of weeks.

And please visit our sales office on the 10th floor of the building as well.

Wednesday August 5th is Realtor day at the 2009 NW Natural Street of Dreams and its headquarter building, 937 Condominiums.

We are hopeful that the many Portland Area Realtors who have never stopped in to the 937 and Realtors who have already brought their clients into our beautiful building return for a tour of our two exquisite penthouses designed by Bedford Brown and Maison, Inc. on the 16th floor of our anticipated LEED platinum building.

Realtors should also ask our 937 brokers how to get involved in our latest promotion.

But you must attend tomorrow to have any chance of receiving this outstanding offer which will expire soon.

937 celebrates 26 years of giving

A Midsummer Night's Dream Charity Event is the next event that the 937 Condominiums in Portland's Pearl is pleased to be participating in this year.

For the first time in its history, the NW Natural Street of Dreams is showcasing some of the finest luxury condos in Portland and two of them are here at the 937 Condominiums on NW Glisan.

The event is a black-tie preview and gala event prior to the public opening of the SOD. The charity event ($100 cost) is the first opportunity to see our fabulous 937 Bedford and 937 Maison homes. You will also enjoy delicious food from Palominos, sample wine and beer from local breweries and wineries and have a great time.

Tne tour at 937 begins Thursday night from 7:00pm to 11:00pm.

Purchase tickets through HBA of Metropolitan Portland, John L. Scott Corporate office or at the Portland Center Stage.

The Street of Dreams officially opens Saturday August 1st at 10:00am.

937 Condominiums Featured on Fox 12

As designers for the 937 Condominiums in Portland's Pearl District put their finishing touches on their penthouse suites, the news media continues to learn more about one of the city's best kept secrets in modern living.

Fox 12 featured developer Patrick Kessi and Portland Metropolitan Home Builders Association official Eric Stride in a news story broadcasted Tuesday July 14th.

937 is the Street of Dreams headquarters building and was recently named 2009 top building in its class.

Bedford Brown and Maison designers have done an outstanding job at bringing the homes to life.

The event begins August 1st and over 60,000 people are expected to attend.

Preparations Underway for Street of Dreams

The elevators at the 937 Condominiums in Portland's Pearl District have been very busy the past few days as the design teams are keeping a brisk pace in preparations for the 2009 NW Natural Street of Dreams.

Designers from Bedford Brown and Maison are doing a tremendous job decorating the interiors and patios of our beautiful penthouses on the 16th floor of the 937.

Our photo deadlines are coming up and the fourth of July weekend promises to be active as the designers put together the finishing touches of what promises to be an outstanding outcome.

The show begins with a premier VIP showing July 30th. The SOD officially opens Saturday August 1st.

Portland, Oregon Architecture

A blog posted by Brian Libby on Portland Architecture recently called the 937 Condominiums "A diamond in the Pearl."
Brian said the building represents one of the best highrise condo designs of this era. He went on to say,"I think 937 may be the very best."

Mr. Libby is a noted Portland architecture critic who reports regularly on the Portland Architecture scene. His stories have appeared in Dwell Magazine, Metropolis and the Oregonian.

Developer Patrick Kessi and I had a chance to meet Brian and give him a tour of the 937 recently. His glowing compliments of the 937 is a testament to why the 937 was recently voted 2009 Top Project in its class by the Daily Journal of Commerce.
